but am still impressed with myself given that I'm a cheese/steak addict.
Mostly, I've been sticking to smoothies, salads and curries. Boring, but trustworthy.
However I've found a great website (www.fatfreevegan.com) so will be trying
out a few recipes from that. (After I've converted the stupid US
measurements - cups?!? Grams and Millilitres please!).
I made some pesto earlier... without Parmesan. It's just not the same!
