Since it's right on the French/German border some parts of the city look very German! It can be confusing, but then you see a boulangerie and all is right!
The cathedral is massive and breathtaking (more so than Notre Dame, yes I said it).
AND
The Christmas Markets started this weekend! Which makes it the perfect time to fly over and visit one of my friends living there. I can't wait for 6 days of red wine (okay I can get wine here, but it's so overpriced!), beer, bretzels, French fashion mags (SO excited to catch up on these) and general Christmas merriment!
