I was going to go and see Leap Year for a laugh, but I'm having serious doubts thanks to Donald Clarke. Among other reviews I've read, there's been suggestions that Ireland should sue the filmmakers.
My biggest peeve is that her plane lands in Cardiff and she has to get a boat to Dingle to get to Dublin? Did anyone look at a map?!
Oh well, maybe some good will come of it... It's like a little Tourist advertisement. Except it advertises an Ireland in the 1800s.

I read a funny comment from Mathew Goode, who costars in the film, that he basically took the film so he could go home easily on the weekends. :)
...I wonder what Amy Adams' excuse was?!
