Lately I have been baking up a storm... Lemon Madiera... Honey Buns... Devils Food... Valentine's Cupcakes.

Today I'm going to conquer... Carrot Cake! Have never made it before but I have all my ingredients ready, even my orange and green food colouring so I can draw little carrots on!
Very excited to say the least!
