Thinking about making Oreo cupcakes.


I came across this recipe and I think I'll try it out this weekend. Or maybe I can make 50 tonight and ship them over to Washington DC for Barack's 50th? I'm sure he'd like that.

I'm about to make lemon and poppyseed cake, and now I'm contemplating making cupcake versions and icing them like these.

But I suspect it's not as easy as it looks...
