Bill Cunningham is the original street style photographer. For around 30 years he's been taking photos for his column 'On The Street', which appears every Sunday in the Style section of The New York Times.
Usually centered around a theme, the photos are featured on the website in the form of an audio slideshow, with Bill narrating it.
This is one of my favourites in which he talks about the Parisian obsession with legs.
I should probably mention that he's in his 80s. Oh, and he doesn't take a salary.
Pretty amazing, especially in 'the current climate' (as some are all too fond of saying).
You can find his back catalogue here.
PS Any trailer that uses Nico gets my vote.

We've really been blessed with sunny weather this week
(I know it's only Tuesday, but I'm optimistic).
And this afternoon I went on a looong run, it was a little chilly,
but the cloudless(ish) sky more than made up for it!
And behold!
The beauty I saw on my travels:

I love living on the coast.

I really hope Spring has Sprung!

Do NOT read further if you're hungry.
I've just spent the past 20 minutes drooling on my keyboard after looking at this site. More specifically the food section.
I can't really say much more,
so behold, some photos.

you can find loads more by going to luxirare.com.
And now I'm going to eat my dinner and watch the marc by marc show LIVE.
Technology, you amaze me.

Back from a whirlwind weekend in London. I spent 48 hours drinking, eating, dancing and talking. Soooo good. And exactly what I needed (apart from sleeping in this morning and almost missing my flight!).
Of course I forgot my camera so thanks to my blackberry this is my only photo from the weekend

Encapsulates London, doesn't it?!
Besides checking the usual blogs/news sites/email when I come back from somewhere, I always check the Apple site for new film trailers! And this looks so good.
Mélanie Laurent, Ewan McGregor, Captain Von Trapp AND a cute dog?
Essential ingredients for the perfect film if you ask me!

I've definitely got a case of the January Blues.
The only cure for this is tea, a mammoth book (Skippy Dies),
and copious episodes of Downton Abbey (obsessed).
And, whenever I feel blue I delve into my 'Paris' folder.
Admittedly it makes me a little sad that I'm not there right now,
but it's nearly Spring and I can feel a trip coming up at some point in 2011.

1. Un Chocolat Viennois...
Which is impossible to recreate

2. Place de la Concorde

3. Notre Dame from Insitut du Monde Arabe (with St Germain,
the saint of Paris, in the foreground)

4. Le Métro

5. La Rive Droite from Musée D'Orsay

6. La Tour Eiffel & Pont Alexandre III

7. P'tit déj

8. Flower Market in Belleville

9. Mojitos beside Canal St-Martin
All photos my own except 1,4&7 found via weheartit.com

Fashion Photographer Terry Richardson has this fun little site where he posts photos, straight after they're taken (from what I can make out)!
